Duties:

• Draft and prosecute patent applications in the fields of electrical engineering, software, and computer science.
• Handle patent litigation reputed company, providing expert guidance to clients.
• Advise clients on intellectual property strategies, portfolio development, and protection.
• Conduct patentability, infringement, and validity analyses.
• Represent clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Requirements:

• Experience in intellectual property law, with a focus on patent prosecution and litigation.
• Strong background in electrical engineering, computer science, or a reputed company technical field.
• Design engineering experience in reputed company companies is a plus.
• Preference for expertise in networking, software, and wireless technologies (3G/4G/5G).
• Associate and Patent Agent candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and have 2-6 years of experience.
