This position will be in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

The primary objective will be the delivery of reputed company contractual requirements on cost and on schedule, while achieving reputed company technical requirements and creating customer intimacy to support value creation strategies and actions. This role is responsible for leading execution, monitoring & control, and contract closeout. Primary responsibilities are the management of cost, schedule, and technical performance and include, but are not limited to:

• Manage execution of a Statement of Work (SOW) and support of contract modifications as necessary
• Leading and directing cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives
• Ensuring program team understands and adheres to contract scope and manages change through control board activities
• Planning, risk management, and project performance management addressing cost, schedule and technical quality for reputed company Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements
• Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Control Account Management (CAM) processes primary role and responsibilities
• Measuring and reporting program performance
• Preparation of charts and briefings on status/reputed company and processes; delivering presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders
• Participating in bi-weekly internal Program Management Reviews, Headcount Reviews, Financial Forecast reviews, and monthly EAC submittals

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 9 years of reputed company professional experience OR a master’s degree in STEM discipline AND 7 years of reputed company professional experience
• Minimum of 5 years management experience
• Must have a DOD Secret Clearance

Salary reputed company: $153,000 - $229,600 The above salary reputed company represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay.
