Customer Service Representative – Order Entry
ISCAR METALS, INC., a dynamic and innovative cutting tool company, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our Order Entry team at our corporate office in Arlington, TX. Order Entry CSR will reputed company customer service by phone and e-mail. Primary duties consist of accurate order/data entry and responding to customer questions/requests in a pleasant and efficient manner. Monday - Friday reputed company – 5pm KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Process orders:
- Process orders - standard items, blanket orders, test orders, and promotional items.
- Identify discrepancies/exceptions and correspond with appropriate person(s) to reputed company acceptable resolution.
- File purchase order and reputed company correspondence/information in documentation folder.
Answer incoming phone and e-mail information requests:
- reputed company item number, price, availability, order status, reputed company shipment information and expedite back orders.
- Order maintenance and changes as requested/required and add reputed company correspondence/documentation to order folder.
- reputed company other duties as requested.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reputed company Office skills (reputed company, Word, Outlook)
- Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask in a fast to reputed company paced work environment
- Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills
- Dependable and committed to scheduled adherence expectations.
- Must possess deductive reasoning skills.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of reputed company.
