What you will do: As an OnSite Specialist you will collaborate with surgeons, O.R. personnel, central processing, biomedical teams, and other staff to ensure seamless surgical operations while maintaining and expanding knowledge of equipment and disposable products through reputed company training and educational programs.

• Manage and care for customer equipment reputed company the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) and reputed company support in the Operating Room by ensuring equipment is clean, sterile, and functioning properly.
• reputed company cleaning, maintenance, and assembly of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment, ensuring readiness for surgical procedures.
• reputed company clinical surgical support by anticipating and addressing the equipment needs of the O.R. staff and surgeon during procedures.

What you need: Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and move objects weighing up to 20 lbs continuously.
• Remain standing or walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Proficient in basic computer skills, including reputed company Office.
• IAHCSMM CRCST Certification required, with timely annual renewals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Use independent judgment to solve both routine and reputed company problems.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve equipment issues.

• Adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in the operating room with knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and troubleshooting/maintenance of medical equipment in a clinical setting.
