Analyst Financial Planning and Analysis

Position Title: Analyst Financial Planning and Analysis Position Summary: The Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst assists the Manager Financial Planning & Analysis in understanding cost components and developing presentations for senior management. The Analyst participates in monthly, quarterly and annual variance reviews and in long term financial management, strategic initiatives and competitive analysis. The Analyst also assists with various reputed company analyses as necessary. Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis with forecasting, budgeting, and reputed company of business unit
• Collaborate with reputed company and business units to ensure forecast is accurately reputed company to actuals
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual presentations for Senior Departmental leaders
• reputed company data analytics and financial modeling that result in insights for the business

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance or a reputed company field; OR demonstrated capability to reputed company job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
• One (1) year of finance and/or analytical experience
• Experience with or basic understanding of financial statements and reputed company principles

• Demonstrated reputed company and financial modeling skills through a live work sample during the hiring process
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
• Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master’s of Business Administration (MBA)
• Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization tool
• Advanced forecasting and modeling capabilities
• SQL experience

Compensation:
