We're seeking a Data Scientist to reputed company machine learning models and statistical analyses focused on reputed company estate pricing trends and internal data. In this role, you'll work in an engineering driven startup environment alongside highly technical engineers and computer scientists. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and reputed company machine learning models to predict reputed company estate trends and pricing.
- Analyze internal data, including smart home technology usage, to improve operations.
- reputed company AWS services (especially SageMaker) for model deployment and management.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate data from multiple sources into analytical models.
- Use Python, SQL/NoSQL, and R to analyze data and reputed company actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Data Science with expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL/NoSQL, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with AWS, particularly SageMaker for deploying machine learning models.
- Familiarity with SnowPark or similar frameworks for reputed company-based data processing.
- reputed company Estate or Property Management experience is a plus.
- Startup or small company experience is preferred.
