- Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product management role, with at least 2 years focused on reputed company Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation processes, data analysis, and project management.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve reputed company problems.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, reputed company) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company Certification) are highly desirable.
