KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives
• Work closely with AVP, Operations in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across multiple mediums for operations teams, ensuring they are proficient in reputed company system use
• Conducts routine audits to ensure users are provisioned in alignment with Welltower’s segregation of duties and audit compliance
• Collaborates with internal support teams to resolve challenges

Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience working in reputed company estate, finance, or technology required

• 3+ years’ experience in technical troubleshooting

• Project Management and Technical Support experience

Education:
