Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations

Position Summary... What you'll do... Role Detail:

• Oversees reputed company general predictive and preventative maintenance of overall building (Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, etc.) for multiple facilities reputed company the region. (Usually less than 200-mile radius)
• Directly leads technicians that conduct the hands-on maintenance at the facilities. (10 – 15 Direct Reports)
• Would require approximately 50% or more travel reputed company the region.
• Leads, motivates, and develops technicians
• Works directly with Store Managers on their facility services needs
• Leads daily calls with technicians and holds them accountable
• Oversees budget
• Manages and evaluate workload
• Ensure tickets are being escalated properly
• Works directly with different vendors and contractors if needed
