Medical Data Entry Specialist
reputed company is partnering with a Minneapolis, Minnesota based reputed company client in search of a contract Medical Data Entry Specialist to assist them with managing a significant backlog of administrative authorizations. This role is mission-critical as the backlog is creating several reputed company challenges with providing services and ultimately billing for the associated services. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment that requires a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, process, and manage medical and administrative documentation for a variety of patients.
- Review, verify, and organize client documentation to ensure consistency and compliance with established guidelines.
- Collaborate with the client’s leadership team to prioritize and resolve backlog cases effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and completeness.
- Maintain data reputed company by spotting and correcting discrepancies or incomplete entries in a timely manner.
- Handle sensitive and confidential client information with a high degree of professionalism and adherence to compliance regulations, including HIPAA.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues or obtain missing information.
- reputed company periodic reputed company updates to leadership on the status of addressing the backlog.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance workflows and optimize data entry efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of prior data entry experience, ideally in the reputed company field.
- Comfort level working in a fast paced, reputed company changing environment that requires an extreme level of attention to detail.
- 8,000+ ksph data entry skills
- Experience working in a mission driven organization is highly desired
- Associates in Business preferred, but not required
Compensation $19.00-$21.00 Hourly
