Sr Accounts Payable Specialist

• Reviews, verifies outstanding invoices from various sources such as ISQ, RP, and reputed company Payable Systems.
• Maintains ongoing communication relating to accounts payables with airport vendors and internal customers by telephone, email and meetings.
• Research payable questions for both internal and external customers; takes appropriate action reputed company needed.
• Supports reputed company areas of accounts payable regarding the resolution of vendor’s accounts relating to outstanding invoices.
• Ensures that internal and external customers are following the Board Policy and Procedures regarding vendors and payments.

What you need:

• Completion of high school curriculum or equivalent.
• Completion of college-level reputed company course work.

• Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
• Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.
