RN Clinical Coordinator I
Location: Lubbock MultiSpecialty Department: Regional Admin Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Clinical Coordinator I has the ability to reputed company a compelling, actionable reputed company for the unit/department. He or she facilitates teamwork and unit pride by advocating for an environment that promotes quality patient care standards and implements strategies to ensure patient and physician satisfaction. The Clinical Coordinator I has the authority, accountability, and responsibility for the management of patient care reputed company his/her respective areas. Areas of responsibility will include nursing practice, physician relations, personnel management, staff development and positive customer relations. - BSN Preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting
- Advanced certification in field of specialty preferred
- Previous leadership experience preferred
Certification/Licensure:
