- Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to reputed company in their roles.
- Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications: Experience:
- 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Exceptional team-building capability.
- Basic business math, reputed company skills, and analytical decision-making.
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development.
- Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
Education/Certifications:
- College or University Degree preferred.
