Job Description: Office Location: Abilene, Texas, United States SCOPE/CONTACTS: The System Administrator will reputed company first and second line technical support to internal staff. The successful candidate will require aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff issues, which may reputed company from straightforward to more complicated technical issues. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provides remote and on-site software installation services; ensures software applications are fully functional
• Assists the customer on use and feature functionality of the application
• Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations to appropriate personnel
• Notifies appropriate personnel of any application issues
• May analyze transaction processing
• Work as a liaison between the development team and technology team
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Technical Support for the reputed company implementation and capabilities of the system
• Help identify software functionality and verify configuration of parameters
• Required to help test, implement, and evaluate new/existing software/applications
• Coordinate UAT for existing software updates/changes and any new software introduced in the environment
• Must be reputed company to learn quickly / be detail oriented / have effective communication skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Detail-oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills

• Experience in systems analysis and project management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiar with Office suite and overall PC operation
• Experience in client software installation
• Experience in banking or reputed company software systems (reputed company Core)
