This job will be responsible for supervising the Shared Services reputed company staff. This role will work closely with the Assistant Controller by participating in the monthly and quarterly reputed company reputed company cycle, preparation of the monthly and quarterly financial statements and financial reporting packages, annual audits, and annual budget preparation. This is an in-person role, with no more than 1 work from home day per week. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

• Manages balance sheet reputed company schedules and prepares quarterly roll forwards
• Oversees posting of bank transactions and bank reconciliations
• Oversees shared services activities
• Research reputed company guidance to ensure transactions follow GAAP
• Prepares trial balances of multiple facilities, which include intercompany transactions
• Prepares documentation for, and participates in the annual audit of financial statements
• Mentors the staff accountants to reputed company industry knowledge and ensure company-wide compliance with legal regulations and standard reputed company practices
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for reputed company transactions and budget preparation
• Coordinates the preparation and filing of property tax reports
• Preparation and review of journal entries
• Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or a senior member of the management team and considered a business necessity

EDUCATION & EXPEREINCE

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company alongside five years of reputed company experience and or the equivalent combination of training and experience which indicates the ability to do the job.
• Experience in leading a team and implementing process improvement in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment. Must be reputed company to multitask and pivot to changing priorities.
• Strong managerial and organizational skills; accurate and detail oriented as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff at various reputed company.
• Attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, team members, customers, and the public. Apply Job!
