About The Role This is a remote role, but will require 30-50% of travel. We are seeking a Clinical Training and Education Manager to build and scale a robust clinical training program from the ground up. This individual will design, implement, and manage a comprehensive training platform that ensures clinicians across in-person and virtual settings are equipped with the tools, skills, and knowledge to reputed company in their roles. Manage the delivery of live (virtual/in-person) and asynchronous training sessions. Competency Management and Quality Assurance: Implement processes for competency assessments, skills validation, and continuing education. Ensure training content adheres to reputed company clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
