Responsibilities : Peninsula Steel is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated Customer Service team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring efficient product delivery. Qualifications : • Proficient in English (Advanced level). • High School Diploma or equivalent education. • 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles. • Experience in call centers, particularly for bilingual campaigns, is advantageous. • Proficiency in reputed company Office suite and reputed company software. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Active listening abilities and critical thinking. • Exceptional attention to detail.
