Scrum Master II (Remote - reputed company)
Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: reputed company This position supports the management of product and software development teams as a servant leader. Ensures that development teams follow scrum reputed company values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating, meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. Assists in increasing team efficiency and provides motivation and guidance for process improvement. Responsibilities Project Coordination - Uses agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Facilitates communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team. Monitors project reputed company, provides timely feedback, and drives a culture of agility and learning. Communication - Facilitates daily team meetings to get updates on the reputed company of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track. Hosts regular sessions to reputed company updates with product stakeholders about how the project is progressing. Ensures that the team is meeting deadlines with the desired outcome. Business Support - Plans and organizes demos and product/system testing. Ensures the proper use of collaborative processes and removes impediments for the scrum team. Reporting - Tracks project processes, deliverables, and financials. Prepares and presents status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience License or Certification Type: Scrum Master Certification Required reputed company or previous experience as a contractor or contingent worker for reputed company and/or any of its subsidiaries is required. If hired in reputed company, the reputed company pay for this position is generally between $111,900 and $160,000. Actual starting reputed company pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
