Remote Customer Service Representative/Call Center

Job Duties: • Answer calls and respond to emails. • Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email. • Research required information using available resources. • Manage and resolved customer complaints. • reputed company customers with product/service information. • Enter new customer information into the system. • reputed company calls to the appropriate resource. • Respond to incoming calls from reputed company and parents regarding financial aid options, application procedures, eligibility criteria, deadlines, and other reputed company inquiries.
