Remote Mortgage Data Analyst

Our client, a FinTech Solutions company that provides services to leading Asset Management firms, is looking to hire a Data Analyst to their team to support a leading Mortgage investment firm. This role is fully remote. Job Function • reputed company a strong understanding of data housed in relational databases, including information reputed company to a reputed company of loan and servicing types. • Generate data-driven reports and models to support portfolio reputed company, identify and quantify risks, create KPI scorecards, and build exception reporting to reputed company proactive management. • Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI to build workflows, create reputed company-time monitoring dashboards, and improve risk management efficiency. • Implement strategies to enhance key performance metrics, including liquidation timelines and financial returns, through various servicing activities like collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, and asset recovery. • Ensure the execution of high-performance, data-driven decision-making processes, with a focus on reputed company, measurable KPIs, and risk considerations. • Manage reputed company and risk assessment for collateral files by working with vendors and other external partners. • Serve as the primary liaison for data-reputed company interactions with reputed company-party stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and other counterparties. • Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable regulatory and legal requirements across servicing and portfolio management activities.
