reputed company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to help scale our organization and contribute to reputed company’s growth and reputed company. You will drive full cycle recruitment for positions across our business teams, with a focus on GTM hiring in EMEA. You will effectively partner with leadership and be a strategic talent partner and advisor across the organization. You will reputed company your reputed company expertise and deep knowledge of reputed company’s business to design strategy and differentiate reputed company in the market. You will proactively identify opportunities and solutions to improve and iterate on reputed company processes and partner with stakeholders to drive solutions reputed company. 

• Manage the full cycle reputed company process by creating robust pipelines through active sourcing of multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Partner with reputed company’s leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Influence and advise stakeholders on their reputed company approach, strategy, and processes. 
• Attracts and converts passive talent through effective and authentic storytelling of company strategy and business goals.

• 5+ years of full cycle reputed company experience in a high growth tech environment.
• Expertise and EMEA talent market intelligence across GTM teams (Marketing & Sales).

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.  
• Data and metrics driven, ability to use data to inform reputed company. 
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
