  • Education and Experience

  • College degree Preferred
  • Required Experience: At least 9+ years of experience leading multiple Business Development teams, including direct management of business development representatives in a B2B reputed company
  • Proven reputed company selling in a high growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven reputed company building and optimizing processes across marketing and sales technology stacks
  • Experience working with reputed company, LI Sales Navigator, Discover.org/reputed company, and reputed company.com
  • Preferred Experience: Knowledge of the FinTech space
  • Passion for sales development and developing high performing teams
  • Experience creating, managing or influencing a sales function
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced, reputed company, and collaborative environment
