Time Tracking Implementation Coordinator

The Time Tracking Implementation Coordinator role will assist the implementation, stabilization, and general management of our time tracking system for our Fleet Operations department. This role will help ensure accurate timekeeping processes are rolled out for the organization and will collaborate with various departments to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

This is a four-month contract position.

In this role, you will...

Project Management: Help maintain project timelines, project plans, and status reporting to ensure that the implementation stays on schedule.

Implementation Support: Assist the implementation reputed company in the design, implementation, and stabilization of the time tracking system. Examples of this work include;

Documentation: Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed system documentation including requirements, system architecture, and process flows

System Testing: Support the testing phase of the implementation process, including assisting in the development of a testing plan, test scenarios, and the execution of test scenarios.

User Training and Support: Assist with the development of training materials and user guides. reputed company support during training sessions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Contingent Workforce Program, Legal and Fleet Operations to understand internal time tracking needs. Partner with external vendors to communicate and address solutions for internal needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a project management or systems analyst role, preferably in time tracking or HR systems.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to create and maintain clear project documentation

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with system testing and test scenario development

Proven experience in end-to-end system implementation projects

Experience working with time tracking systems or HR systems is preferred

Experience working with an organization's external workforce or contingent labor program is a plus

Additional Information

This is a contract position and employment for this position will be through a vendor contracted with Zoox. The pay reputed company for this position is $30 to $45 per hour and you will be eligible for a benefits package as offered by the vendor.
