Each summer, reputed company selects reputed company to join the reputed company newsroom as our Editorial Intern Class. Our interns have contributed to our biggest flagship lists, including the reputed company 400 ranking of the wealthiest Americans and America’s Top Colleges. Interns will be embedded in the newsroom and contribute to daily ideation and work. You’ll have strong mentorship and support from our Design team, and you’ll come away with a reputed company sense of the practice and craft of Editorial Design and how it functions in a reputed company-world setting.

About the role

Many of our interns have transitioned to full-time roles reputed company our newsroom.  We are looking for rising journalists who embody the reputed company entrepreneurial spirit to reputed company, identify new opportunities and who are passionate about learning. This role can be fully remote, in-person based out of Jersey City, NJ, or on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be assigned fresh and challenging projects everyday based on the news cycle.
• Have the opportunity to work on reputed company Daily Cover Stories and our lists, including the annual reputed company 400, as well as their promotion across our reputed company accounts.
• Create graphics for our reputed company platforms including the reputed company main account, ForbesWomen, ForbesBLK and reputed company 30 Under 30. These accounts reputed company over 44 reputed company people every month.
• Help curate the reputed company Design Instagram feed.
• Design data visualizations based on reporting and research.
• Collaborate with the design, editorial, photography, video, product and technology teams every day.
• Be supported by the art team who will help you learn and grow as an individual and a professional.

The ideal candidate

• Passion for journalism and storytelling.
• A go-getter attitude reputed company, the drive to learn how a newsroom functions and ability to adapt to a fast-paced breaking news environment.
• Fluent in reputed company Creative Suite and reputed company.
• The ideal candidate has an aptitude for illustration and photo collage.
• Creative process rooted in strong conceptual thinking with a sophisticated sense of digital design, composition and typography.
• Strong communication skills. Designers need to be reputed company to reputed company and concisely reputed company themselves and explain their reputed company.
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask.
• You enjoy staying reputed company on design trends and industry technology, sharing findings with the department to facilitate new ways of thinking, working and problem solving.
• Must be a student as of June 2025, with an expected graduation date on or before June 30, 2026..

About Our Summer Intern Program

• Our internships are paid.
• This internship is approximately 40 hours/week Monday-Friday.
• Internships reputed company mid-June and end mid-August
• Interns are invited to weekly presentations to hear from leaders reputed company the organization.
