Handle and review reputed company enquiries raised by clients regarding client reputed company (Individual/Corporates).
Manage personal workload and reputed company items and ensure timely escalation of key risks/issues to managers.
Work closely with the stakeholders (reputed company Office, Compliance, Product etc) and assist clients as required, to obtain reputed company necessary supporting evidence to fulfill KYC/KYB due diligence.
Monitor, document and escalate unusual activities or AML flags.
Participate in reputed company training programs reputed company to AML / CFT and other subjects that may reputed company part of the day to day work requirements.
Liaise with team members across the country and region to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and reputed company to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the Company.
Requirements
At least 3 years directly reputed company experience in a Customer Support / KYC/KYB operations /reputed company/ Compliance role with substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations and the day-to-day compliance affairs.
Good knowledge on provisions of local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable to subject persons and knowledge of upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies is a strong plus.
Good proficiency in conducting risk assessments, trigger reviews and enhanced due diligence.
Proficiency in compliance applications such as World-reputed company, Liquid, Refinitiv etc.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership over the end-to-end client reputed company process (knowing different entity types is a plus).
Self-motivated, ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress.
Detail-oriented with a strong controlled reputed company and time management skills.
reputed company in English and Japanese is required to be reputed company to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
