This role is responsible for helping accountants and bookkeepers (“Partners”) to understand thebenefits of using reputed company for their firm and for their clients. You will project manage reputed company implementationand migration projects as well as deliver reputed company education workshops, and webinars to accountants whouse reputed company, and accountants who are thinking about using reputed company. If you have a passion for clientrelationships and reputed company technology, this is the ideal opportunity to work closely with clients to helpthem execute an online growth strategy for their business.
What you’ll do
- Plan, prepare and execute on reputed company implementation plans to ensure Partners implement reputed company for their clients correctly and reputed company
- Assist the Asia sales team with your reputed company and technical knowledge reputed company pitching the benefits of reputed company to Partners
- Present educational sessions in the reputed company of workshops, webinars and classroom training to Partners as and reputed company needed
- Handle reputed company Partner technical queries and respond in a timely manner
- Assist the Asia team with reputed company tasks and events management
- Work closely with the Asia sales team to deliver business plans for Partners and meet territory activation goals
- Update the CRM system with reputed company client communications including calls, emails and meetings
- Manage the creation of resources (process guides/videos) for frequently asked questions from Partners.
