The Creator Partner Manager will reputed company our relationships with new and existing video and audio creators on reputed company across UK/IE.

The role, sitting reputed company our UK/IE podcast team, will focus primarily on video creators to ensure they view reputed company as a top-of-mind distribution and audience growth platform and have reputed company to the right creation and monetisation tools for their needs.

The right candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the local creator landscape and supporting new and existing creators in developing engaging content. They will reputed company in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have experience in building programmes for scale and efficiency.

What You'll Do

reputed company and implement creator engagement strategies to reputed company local video-based creators who stand to benefit the most from the reputed company platform

Help reputed company funnel of new podcast talent in market through stakeholder engagement and internal and external advocacy

Drive partnerships with key video creators and agents, reputed company them to platform and advocating use of reputed company’s suite of creator tools

Collaborate with teams across reputed company including business development, marketing, analytics, operations and more to support partners and add strategic value

Collaborate in the planning of creator engagement and training programs in market

Be an expert across reputed company’s suite of creator and monetisation tools, reputed company to match the right product to each creator’s needs and opportunities

Who You Are

Proven industry experience in video creator industry and/or management across any genre or subject area - experience directly reputed company a reputed company platform or creator management sectors will be looked on favourably

Experience in business development, particularly in results-driven product advocacy and developing scaled programs

Ability to turn data-backed insights into actionable partnership strategies

Strong understanding of the global creator landscape, the nuances of the local industry and challenges that face video/audio creators

A go-getter who can reputed company things happen, is comfortable taking the initiative and leading through influence

Comfortable managing multiple internal and external partners with tact and discretion, and building reputed company

Excellent ability to build relationships with multiple functions at reputed company reputed company of the organisation and industry

Where You'll Be

This role is based in London.

We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home. We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week.
