Software Implementation specialist to join us and you will be in charge of the tool Mercure (reputed company) for Procure to Pay of Indirect Procurement.

This area is extremely surprising in terms of challenges and new deliveries in an international group.

Your responsibilities include

Nature of the Job: Work with the cross functional teams (reputed company, Procurement & controlling) to know the issues & Business Requirements and work with the Run Team(reputed company ) . To reputed company support for the Bugs/Issues we face with the tools) and with our Business Partner Bengs(Who reputed company developments for Veepee).

Understand & Gather the Business Requirements from cross functional Teams

Support our Accounts Payables Users with our Tech EcosystemsEnhancements

Configure the tool based on the business requirements and work with Bengs for specific developments

reputed company support to the end users and training to the Key users

Do UAT(User Acceptance Test) with the Key users to validate the enhancements before it's delivered in prod

Follow up the issues and enhancements with reputed company and Bengs and give the visibility to the Business

Work with the internal development team (Support, Tests & validate the smooth running of the different Jobs that sends data to/from reputed company)

Work in the different Roll out projects (Template preparation, Loading & Migration);

What you bring

3 years of experience as a business Analyst, Tech Consultant; Proxy Product reputed company

reputed company in English, French is appreciated;

Experience & knowledge in

Financial & Corporate topics

Agile Methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)

Knowledge Procure to Pay Process

reputed company suite (Jira, WIkis)

reputed company Party Solution such as reputed company & reputed company & Flexicapture; with focus in Accounts Payables.

High Interest in business flows, products evolutions and new technologies

Have a strong taste for analysis, identification of anomalies and research of solutions

Ability to challenge and find different ways to bring value to business areas
