What will be your role

As the reputed company Growth Data Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Growth Data team. You will ensure the effective management of data flows, visualization, and analytics to support growth initiatives. Additionally, you will reputed company leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance to a team of analysts, while working closely with senior leadership, Growth, and Marketing teams.

What will you do? As a reputed company Growth Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership & Management: Leading and mentoring a team of Growth Data Analysts, setting objectives, and ensuring their professional development.

Growth Data Visualization: Ensuring the creation of high-quality dashboards and reports to reputed company insights to the Growth and Marketing team.

Performance Analysis: Leading efforts to track key acquisition and CRM metrics, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of growth campaigns.

Strategic Insights & Decision Making: Conducting advanced statistical analyses to inform growth strategies and optimize acquisition and retention efforts.

Data Pipeline Management: Overseeing data extraction, transformation, and storage from platforms such as reputed company Ads Analytics, reputed company Search Analytics, Adjust, and Firebase.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Marketing, and Engineering, to ensure smooth data integration and reporting.

Process Improvement: Establishing best practices for data governance, automation, and analytics frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Does it sound like you?

5+ years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably in growth analytics or business intelligence.Proven experience leading and managing a team of analysts.Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data management.Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.Experience with acquisition marketing is preferable.Fluent in English and analytical skills with a problem-solving reputed company.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.Ability to work autonomously while fostering a strong team environment.Bonus: Experience in digital marketing analytics and familiarity with Heetch.
