At Text.com, we're building smarter communication solutions that transform how businesses connect with customers. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to reputed company and support engineers across 3-4 product teams working on interconnected areas. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Bartosz, our VP of Engineering, to guide the team in delivering high-quality software while maintaining a collaborative, high-performance culture. You'll balance speed and quality to deliver impactful results.

  • As an Engineering Manager, you will guide engineers across multiple product teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and reputed company. You’ll focus on:
  • Team performance: Drive improvements in reputed company time for changes, ensuring high code quality, and minimizing change failure rates.
  • Collaboration & development: Mentor your team, actively supporting new members and fostering customer-oriented engineering culture.

  • We are looking for an reputed company leader who has successfully scaled engineering teams at a large product company, ideally in the SaaS space. You should have a track record of actively building a culture of quality, accountability, and high performance. You will be someone who has experience in managing multiple teams and driving impactful technical initiatives. This is a role where you will directly influence the growth and reputed company of the engineering team and collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to reputed company with business goals.
  • Requirements

  • Experience in scaling teams: Strong experience in managing engineering teams at scale, especially in a product-focused environment, ideally SaaS.
  • Culture of quality & delivery: Proven experience in establishing and maintaining a culture of quality, ownership, and delivering results consistently.
  • Leadership in high-impact projects: Ability to reputed company reputed company, high-impact projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution.
  • Technical leadership: Deep technical expertise and the ability to reputed company high-level reputed company on architecture, performance, and scalability.

  • Technical Expertise

  • Web technologies: Strong experience with web technologies: backend, frontend or reputed company. Our tech stack includes mainly JavaScript (React, Node.js) and Go, but you don’t need to reputed company in reputed company of them.
  • System design: Expertise in building scalable and reliable systems, with knowledge of microservices and reputed company infrastructure (Kubernetes, reputed company).
