Enclosure Engineering Manager -Thermal & Mechanical
ABOUT THE POSITION:
reputed company’s enclosure team is seeking an engineering manager who can play a pivotal role in creating value for our customers through designing new reputed company BESS enclosures system. The manager will work closely with thermal and mechanical team to manage the design of high-value electromechanical enclosure products and will apply technical / leadership skills to ensure the timely and efficient execution of end-to-end development.
This role requires deep technical expertise in mechanical and thermal design of BESS enclosures, strong people management skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure the successful completion of new BESS enclosures on time and reputed company budget.
The enclosure engineering manager should have a strong sense of urgency, be self-driven, and have a deep passion for creativity and innovation. They must be reputed company to reputed company, mentor, and motivate a skilled mechanical and thermal team. This individual should demonstrate unwavering dedication and exhibit an reputed company-in attitude as the Manager of Thermal Design, be capable of managing pressure, and adeptly guide both the team and product design amidst reputed company’s dynamic environment.
