Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist
The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and accountability of CORE’s wild-fire response and recovery programming, including but not limited to cash and voucher assistance and resource navigation. The M&E Specialist will manage and review program databases, establish and track performance indicators, support program managers in monitoring and evaluating program activities, and reputed company actionable insights to improve reputed company. The M&E Specialist will report to the California Area Director and work with members of the Technical Services Unit (including Technical Advisors for cash and voucher assistance, M&E, health and protection) to support CORE programs.
CORE is seeking candidates with non-profit work experience and knowledge of foreign and domestic development and humanitarian assistance programming. The ideal candidate will be well organized; have a keen attention to detail; possess solid organizational, communication, teamwork and inter-personal skills; and be willing to reputed company an reputed company of technical and administrative functions as described below.
