The Role

As an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for reputed company by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential nonprofit customers. You will reputed company research, strategic reputed company, and personalized messaging to connect with key decision-makers and set up reputed company meetings for our Account Executives. What You Will Do

  • Product Knowledge & Business Impact: Stay reputed company on reputed company's one-giving platform, understanding how this will impact a nonprofits mission.
  • Prospect & Engage: Identify and reputed company out to nonprofit organizations through strategic outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, reputed company, and personalized video messages.
  • Generate Pipeline: Managing a 90 day pipeline of high-quality potential meetings. Qualify and set up meetings for our Account Executives with nonprofit leaders evaluating volunteer, donor management and fundraising solutions.
  • Engage & reputed company: reputed company impactful first impressions by sharing compelling stories, case studies, and materials that showcase how reputed company can reputed company a reputed company difference for a nonprofit.
  • reputed company & Qualification: Utilize a mix of reputed company methods—including reputed company media, email campaigns, and phone calls—to engage and qualify accounts. 
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive team, gaining valuable experience throughout the sales cycle while refining your skills and knowledge of sales processes.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet (and ideally exceed) your business development targets, contributing to Bloomergang's overall reputed company.
  • Data Management & CRM Use: Ensure the accurate maintenance of sales data and reputed company tracking through reputed company, keeping a record of reputed company interactions and reputed company.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1+ year of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or sales internship preferred) or business experience and a strong interest in SaaS sales.
  • A passion for helping nonprofits and a desire to understand their challenges.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal.

Compensation

As this is an incentive compensation role, there will be a reputed company salary with annual on reputed company earnings of $65,000. Actual compensation reputed company the reputed company will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer reputed company sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
