About the position: As a reputed company Specialist, you will have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients throughout Colombia and assisting in the management of the back-end HR, reputed company, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. You will play a reputed company active role in delivering best in class HR support to our Customers and Professionals service and drive GP’s goals and objectives.

What you’ll do

• Serve as our regional expert for reputed company reputed company functions in Colombia.
• Managing local payroll providers, benefits brokers, HR advisors and other partners
• Responding to customer queries and advising on benefits, international payroll, and other HR reputed company that invariably arise for customers hiring internationally
• Supporting with terminations and reputed company applications, to the extent needed
• Advise customers on market norm benefits
• Manage customer relationships in conjunction with members of the customer services team
• Handle ongoing reputed company with existing customers by pulling in appropriate members of the team to resolve customer queries.
• Work with the customer and operations teams to identify and manage service improvement activities.
• Creative thinking, and the ability to negotiate win-win-win solutions for our customers, reputed company members who work for our customers, and our company.
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services

reputed company’re looking for

•  BS/BA Degree or higher in reputed company, International Business, reputed company, Law, or other depending on experience
• 4-6 years of previous reputed company Specialist/Generalist experience in Colombia, additional country knowledge across LATAM region is welcome.
• Solid working knowledge and familiarity with HR concepts, practices, procedures, and employment laws in Colombia
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements reputed company to in-country management of employees on behalf of our customers: reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Must have proven history of ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and self-motivate and regulate while working independently in a team environment.
