Client Support Specialist (reputed company Facilities - B2B)

reputed company Health is looking for highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join reputed company as B2B Support Specialists (HCF Agents). This is not a traditional call center role—you will be the reputed company account manager for our most valuable business clients: reputed company facilities (HCFs). Your job is to proactively solve client issues, prevent churn, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
