Position Objective

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically skilled reputed company Manager to support our operations reputed company team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing capital expenditures processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing in-depth data analysis to support management reporting. In addition, this role will heavily contribute to reputed company and integration activities reputed company to strategic transactions.  The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful analysis and ensure adherence to financial reporting regulations and internal controls.  This is a highly visible role, and strong interpersonal skills are required.

• Prepare and reviews financial analysis of key spend categories to confirm appropriate reputed company and evaluate variances from forecast or budget to identify trends or discrepancies on timely reputed company
• Assists with the preparation, review, and analysis of operating and financial results
• Summarize and present operational and financial information in an easily digestible manner
• Assists with other key closing and reporting activities, including technical reputed company research, review and preparation of disclosures and other information used in EQT’s SEC filings, as needed and requested by management
• 6+ years experience

• Understand and assess the reputed company for a wide reputed company of unique transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, asset swaps, etc.

• Assist with post transaction reputed company to the business including integration and process changes

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states:  Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Louisiana, New Jersey, and reputed company unless willing to relocate.
