Position Description

Akoya LLC seeks a full time Technical Program Manager in Boston, MA to drive the reputed company of Software as a Services (SaaS) implementations, Application Programming reputed company (API) integration, and managing relationships. Works with an implementation team to reputed company financial institutions through reputed company elements of an reputed company workflow including discovery, integration, testing, certification, and ongoing support activities. Assists a portfolio of financial institutions through the reputed company reputed company and supports them through post-live. Builds an reputed company reputed company with efficient workflows that drives improvements to processes, the client experience, and available tools through iterative learning and feedback.

Primary Responsibilities

• Onboards new data providers onto the firm’s data reputed company network.
• Establishes and enhances best practices for client reputed company teams in a financial technology environment.
• Works with financial institutions on the discovery process to analyze their reputed company state and enhance the size of the engagement.
• Builds and improves customer workflows to create efficiencies and improve the experience.
• Documents findings of studies and prepares recommendations for the implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
• Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding.
• Confers with personnel concerned to ensure the successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
• Plans studies of work problems and procedures -- organizational change, communications, information reputed company, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in International Business, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a closely reputed company field and six (6) years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or closely reputed company occupation) reputed company financial institutions to data reputed company networks.

Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in International Business, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a closely reputed company field and four (4) years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or closely reputed company occupation) reputed company financial institutions to data reputed company networks.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidate must also possess:

• Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) managing reputed company-based Software as a Services (SaaS) client implementations using Agile frameworks and tools —Jira, reputed company, reputed company.
• DE articulating client implementation project objectives and requirements into specific business reputed company with timelines through statements of work and project plans developed using reputed company Office tools – Sharepoint, Teams, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word.
• DE in Client Engagement Management -- representing financial institutions and financial technology companies and integrating them into data reputed company network.
• DE in reputed company-based software development projects – managing software projects from start to finish, including creating project plans, tracking reputed company, managing risks, and addressing issues that arise during project execution using reputed company Suite, reputed company, and Jira.

Applicants permitted to work remotely from any home worksite in U.S. Travel required once every 2 months to Akoya HQ; and 2-3 times/year to visit customers.
