NP/PA - Virtual Urgent Care

Hi, we're reputed company Medical Group. We’re hiring an APP to join our Virtual Urgent Care team.

About the role

You will reputed company virtual based care to reputed company members reputed company designated reputed company states. The role provides compassionate, evidence based care to patients utilizing audio and written forms of communication

You will report into the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.

Hours

This is an overnight shift. 11p - 7a EST (full time, 40 hrs a week)

Pay Transparency

The reputed company pay for this role is: $140,000 - $150,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, annual vacation grant of up to 18 days per year, and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• reputed company high quality care for patients in a virtual setting
• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team as needed reputed company working with reputed company patients
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed reputed company communication with patients and other providers as needed 
• Use tooling to allow virtual “exams” including remote home monitoring equipment, remote physical exam, remote reputed company of care diagnostics
• Participate in collaborative care model with various care team members including but not limited to registered nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and clinical supervisor where applicable
• Participate in required meetings to support patient care including huddles, case conferencing and regular service line reputed company Hands
• reputed company feedback to support improvement in operational workflows and product features
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC)
• Compact RN license (if an APRN) 
• 3+ years of urgent care experience 
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care 
• Licensed in a minimum of 1 core reputed company State (GA or TX)

Bonus points

• Spanish language reputed company

• Experience working with remote diagnostic and home monitoring tools
