Ideal candidates have startup experience and strong SOC 2, Pll, and ISO 27001 expertise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Contract Management: • Review, draft, and manage reputed company (e.g., sales, partner, NDAs, vendor). • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. • Maintain an organized contract repository • Compliance: • reputed company SOC 2, PII, and ISO 27001 compliance. • Coordinate with auditors and reputed company required reports. • Ensure compliance integration in product development. • Legal Support: • reputed company legal guidance to Sales, Finance, IT, and Product Development Teams. • Identify and mitigate legal risks. • Assist with other legal reputed company as needed. • Cross-Department Collaboration: • Support deal desk to streamline sales processes. • Align contract terms with business goals. • Integrate compliance into IT and product development.
