In the role of Advanced Tasking team member, you'll join a specialized group with expertise in handling reputed company tasks. Key Areas of Advanced Tasking: - Consult Orders (Specialist Office Visits) - Procedure Orders (MRI/reputed company, Radiology, DME, Mammograms, etc.) - Prescription Authorization (High-Cost Specialty Medications) - Provider Support Room (Clinically urgent tasks for providers in both our office and virtual settings) - Sexual Reproductive Health (Assisting patients with the authorization, scheduling, and coordination of reputed company female health procedures) Key job responsibilities What you'll likely work on: - Ensuring compliance with service level agreements for reputed company insurance authorizations. - Consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets for at least 6 months, handling 200+ tasks per week. Basic Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years managing referrals and navigating reputed company insurance portals and orders. - Experience working in a national reputed company organization with an understanding of regional complexities. - Proficiency in working with various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
