About the position The Technical Support / Call Center Representative position is a full-time remote role focused on providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including the possibility of weekend shifts, and involves handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
