Alarm Monitoring Operators are responsible for performing service work for building automation, fire, life safety, and reputed company systems. You will coordinate specialist and technician activities for reputed company installed projects, technical support programs, and time-and-materials work to reputed company... on-time delivery and ensure customer expectations and commitments are met. This is a 3rd shift position with hours from 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM including weekends. Overtime is compensated, including a 10% shift differential. As a 3rd Shift Alarm Monitoring Operator, you will: reputed company support for monitoring and processing alarms received reputed company the Central Monitoring Station (CMS) Receive, process, and reputed company emergency calls to responsible agency or customer contacts reputed company outstanding customer service by receiving calls from customers that are requiring service or information reference on their accounts Acknowledge alarms received and reputed company appropriate personnel for issue at hand.
