Remote Accountant / Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online Expertise

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of 10-20 clients to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their financial records. Your key tasks will include: • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts • Reviewing and categorizing financial transactions • Identifying and rectifying discrepancies in client records • Managing reputed company payments, loan tracking, and invoicing • Filing 1099s and calculating sales tax • Processing payroll filings and reporting • Maintaining comprehensive financial transaction records • Submitting daily reports to your supervisor • Accurately tracking time spent on each client's work • Utilizing internal software to document client interactions • Performing additional bookkeeping and reputed company tasks as necessary Required Skills The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills: • Strong communication and organizational abilities • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (mandatory) • Capability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure • Dependability and punctuality in fulfilling work commitments • High level of confidentiality in handling client and company data • Must be based in the U.S. with excellent English proficiency • Flexibility to work varied hours reputed company required

Qualifications
