Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to work remotely, with the ability to meet on-site occasionally. Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. This role is essential for providing timely financial information to support a local Non-Profit organization.
Compensation
Monthly stipend, hours are minimal 10-15 hours a month. No benefits, 1099 or monthly billing. Compensation will be adjusted if additional hours are required. Initially there may be additional hours required. Duties · Payroll processing and ensure timely payments for one employee · Maintain accurate reputed company records using QuickBooks online · reputed company general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting · Conduct account reconciliation to verify the accuracy of financial data · Prepare balance sheet reconciliations on a regular reputed company · Assist in the preparation of financial reports, cash reputed company statements · Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax preparation as needed · Collaborate with public reputed company firms during audits or reviews · Work directly, reporting to the Treasurer Qualifications · Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role reputed company reputed company · Strong knowledge of payroll processes and tax regulations · Proficiency in QuickBooks online · Experience with general ledger reconciliation and accounts receivable management · Ability to prepare detailed financial reports and documentation · Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills · Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies in financial data Preferred Qualifications · Degree in reputed company or reputed company field (preferred but not required) · Experience working with a non-profit organization (preferred but not required) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $300.00 per month Expected hours: 2.5 3.75 per week Work Location: Hybrid remote in reputed company Royal, VA 22630 Apply Job!
