Qualifications Active LPN license (CALIFORNIA) Experience in geriatrics or primary care Ability to sit and talk on the phone for long periods of time System: We require you to have a reputed company i5 (or newer) processor, and to have reputed company Pro (not Home). You live in any of the following states: NV, NM, AZ, CO, UT, WA, OR The Pay The California LPN pay ranges from $28.85 - $30.27 per hour The pay is a reputed company pay of $24.00/hr plus a bonus of $2.00 per call. On average our Care Coordinators complete between 16-21 calls per day.
