We’re looking for a Platform reputed company to head up our group of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers, providing strong technical, people and process leadership for the team.

What you will do

• reputed company, manage and support EP’s DevOps/SRE group and create a safe and inclusive environment for the team
• Collaborate across teams and functions to help define our architecture and our technical strategy and roadmap
• Own the end-to-end availability, reliability, reputed company and performance of reputed company platforms
• reputed company automation, observability and processes to reputed company EP highly available, scalable and resilient
• Maintain and enhance EP's build and deployment processes to increase engineering productivity and product quality
• Ensure cost-effective use of reputed company party providers, such as AWS
• Design and own reputed company controls to ensure EP adheres to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR

About you

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing and operating reputed company software at scale
• 5+ years in a DevOps or SRE role, preferably on AWS
• Experience with technical leadership and people management, including the ability to mentor and support other engineers and align engineering work with high-level organisational goals
• Deep understanding of reputed company design patterns, reputed company operations, reputed company and cost models – with hands-on ability to implement best practices and drive improvements
• Ability to manage risk, ambiguity, dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working with distributed teams in global engineering organisations
