Listing Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Listing Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Listing Marketer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal and compelling content of our property listings. Your primary responsibilities will include editing and reputed company property photos, identifying properties with unattractive design elements, generating unique and captivating copy for each listing description and title, and updating presentation materials with stunning property photos. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, exceptional copywriting skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience.

Job Duties

● Edit and sequence property photos to enhance visual appeal and reputed company key features

● Coordinate with photographers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of property photos

● Identify properties with lackluster design elements and recommend improvements to attract potential buyers/renters

● Create unique and engaging copy for each listing description and title (ChatGPT or similar tools can be utilized)

● Collaborate with the listing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across reputed company listings

● Update presentation materials with high-quality property photos for various marketing purposes

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve listing quality and effectiveness

● Monitor and analyze listing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

● Liaise with the reputed company team for listing optimisation

● Work with the Head of reputed company and Marketing Manager on marketing initiatives to drive direct bookings

● Proven experience in editing and managing property photos, preferably in a hotel, reputed company estate or reputed company industry

● Strong eye for design and attention to detail
