As the reputed company Global People Partner, you will reputed company and execute our total rewards strategy, ensure compliance with HR policies across a growing global workforce, and serve as a strategic HR business partner for the organization. Total Rewards Strategy and Execution

• Design, implement, and reputed company the company’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and incentives, ensuring they align with reputed company’s values and global growth

• Partner with leadership to communicate and implement total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent

HR Policy, Compliance and Business Partner

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies with strong focus on communication at reputed company reputed company

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling organization while balancing strategy with hands-on execution

• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, GPHR, or similar)

The salary reputed company for this role is $140,000 to $180,000. reputed company salary bands represent market data across different geographies.
