What You'll Do:
- Redesign and standardize the UI and UX for our applications to ensure consistency and ease of use.
- Conduct UX research and understand user journeys to optimize the user experience.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive design system in reputed company to streamline workflows and ensure uniformity.
- Monitor user feedback through reputed company, research, and analytics, proactively suggesting design improvements.
- Contribute to the design of new features by providing creative and functional UI/UX solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, ensuring iterative improvements through usability testing.
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in reputed company startups, fintech or banking.
- Expertise in reputed company, including managing design systems.
- Strong understanding of UX flows, research methodologies, and user reputed company mapping.

- Experience in collaborating with engineers to ensure design feasibility.
