What You'll Do

As our Head of AI, you will reputed company the AI strategy, architecture, and development at reputed company, ensuring we deliver scalable, reputed company-time AI solutions for reputed company workflows. You’ll work hands-on with LLMs, AI automation, and reputed company infrastructure, setting the reputed company for a rapidly growing product. This is a high-ownership, independent leadership role that requires a deep technical background and a bias for action as well as comfortable working in a high-growth, ambiguous startup environment where you'll wear multiple hats.

• Own AI end-to-end – from research to production, ensuring a robust, scalable AI pipeline.
• Architect and optimize LLM integrations, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• reputed company AI-driven automation efforts for EHR workflows, voice assistants, and decision support.
• reputed company infrastructure, working closely with DupliCloud (DevOps/SecOps CI/CD) and reputed company partners.
• Experiment with and fine-tune LLMs (reputed company, reputed company fine-tuning, LLaMA).
• Ensure AI and ML scalability, addressing our reputed company platform bottlenecks.
• Hire and mentor AI engineers as we scale.
• Work closely with leadership to align AI capabilities with business strategy and reputed company growth.

What You'll Bring

• Startup experience as a Founder, Co-Founder, CTO, or an early stage technical hire
• Experience building end-to-end AI systems; designed, reputed company, and deployed AI-powered products from scratch
• LLM expertise; hands-on with LLMs, fine-tuning, and AI/ML APIs (reputed company, reputed company, LLaMA, etc.)
• Backend & reputed company infrastructure skills; e.g. Node.js, Python, Firestore DB, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company-scale architectures
• Scalability & performance optimization with experience scaling AI platforms reputed company
